LIVING ORIGIN COFFEE · TAIRAKINTI FARM

Single-origin Colombian specialty coffee, grown at Tairakinti Farm in San Agustín, Huila.

At Tairakinti Farm, quality begins with the land. Our coffee is cultivated, selectively harvested, processed and dried at origin. It is then evaluated, and only coffee verified as specialty quality is presented to specialty roasters and green-coffee buyers.

FROM THE LAND TO GREEN COFFEE

What happens between the tree and your roaster matters.

A roaster can reveal a coffee’s potential. Careful cultivation, selective harvesting, controlled processing and on-farm drying help preserve that potential from origin to evaluation.

Hand-drawn circular journey from caring for soil and coffee trees through growth, selective harvest, processing, drying, sorting and finished green coffee.

Specialty quality begins here.

Care for the Landsoil · amendments · tree health

Healthy soil and attentive tree care establish the conditions in which quality can develop.

  2. 02
    Growflower · fruit · ripening

Flowering, fruit development and even ripening shape the potential inside each cherry.

  3. 03
Select & Harvestripe cherry · human selection

Human selection keeps underripe and overripe fruit from weakening the lot.

  4. 04
    Processnatural / washed

Processing choices affect clarity, fruit character and consistency. The method must match the actual lot.

  5. 05
    Drycontrolled on-farm drying

Careful drying protects stability and reduces the risk of defects after harvest.

  6. 06
    Prepare & Sorthull · inspect · grade

Hulling, inspection and grading remove material that does not belong in the finished coffee.

  7. 07
Green Coffeeready for evaluation and roasting

The resulting green coffee can be evaluated honestly before a roaster decides whether it fits.

The cycle returns to the land. Each season begins with the conditions we create for the next one.
